As Director of Coaching, Bob oversees all aspects of the Blackaby Ministries International coaching and coach training ministry, while also coaching executives, pastors, and teams. He teaches and speaks on coaching, spiritual formation, leadership, change, and team-building. Bob and his wife, Teresa, live in the Atlanta area. They enjoy outdoor sports and traveling to spend time with their three children and grandchildren.Blackaby, Richard: - Dr. Richard Blackaby is the president of Blackaby Ministries International (www.blackaby.org). He has authored or co-authored thirty-five books and speaks internationally on leadership in the church, business and home.
