Contributor Bio(s): Easterday, James V.: - James V. Easterday and Daniella M. Easterday came to Valona in 2003. While planting redwood trees on Port Street, James unearthed a Crockett Creamery bottle, which struck his fascination with the region. James and Daniella got married at the Old Homestead, the first house built in Crockett. Their passion for the town grew and led them to do extensive research on Crockett and its neighboring towns. All of the profits earned by the authors from the sale of this book will fund redwood tree planting in Crockett. |
