He and his wife Kathleen have restored 12 historic buildings in the downtown. Jerry Womack has worked for the West Plains Daily Quill for 43 years. He is the newspaper's manager, vice president of the economic development corporation, and a member of the Missouri State University Grizzly Booster Board. |
