| Publisher Description: Echoes of War volume 2 is a collection of inspirational poems for Gold Star Families. Each poem is dedicated to the memory of one or more military service members. Where applicable the name, rank, date and location are included. I recommend you look up some of these individuals to learn more about their stories. While most of the poems were written for service members from the Gulf War to the present, there is one from World War I and several from World War II, Korea and Vietnam. While not exclusive, I've tried to include as many Medal of Honor recipients as possible. |
