Contributor Bio(s): Willink, Jocko: - JOCKO WILLINK served 20 years as a Navy SEAL. He was in combat in Iraq during the Battle of Ramadi, a conflict that resulted in numerous medals for his efforts. Willink lives in San Diego, California.
