Agrawal is the Ohio Board of Regents Distinguished Professor of Computer Science and Engineering and the founding director for the Center for Distributed and Mobile Computing in the Department of ECECS, University of Cincinnati, Ohio. His current research interests include energy efficient routing, information retrieval, and secured communication in ad hoc and sensor networks, effective handoff handling and multicasting in integrated wireless networks, interference analysis in piconets and routing in scatternet, and use of smart directional antennas for enhanced QoS. He has served as an editor of the IEEE Computer Magazine and the IEEE Transactions on Computers. He has received numerous certificates and awards from the IEEE Computer Society, including a "Third Millennium Medal" for outstanding contributions. He is a Fellow of the IEEE, ACM, AAAS and WIF.Zeng, Qing-An: - Qing-An Zeng is a faculty member in the Department of Computer Systems Technology at North Carolina A&T State University. He has authored over one hundred publications including books, book chapters, refereed journal papers, and conference papers in the areas of Wireless and Mobile Networks, Handoff, Resource Management, Mobility Management, Heterogeneous Networks, Ad Hoc and Sensor Networks, Wireless Internet, Quality of Service (QoS), Security, Ultra-wideband (UWB), Network on Chip (NoC), Power Line Communication (PLC), Vehicle Communications, Smart Grid, Big Data Analysis, Social Networks, System Modeling and Performance Analysis, and Queuing Theory.
