Contributor Bio(s): Brownlow, Mike: - Mike studied at Liverpool Art College, Leeds University and Central St.Martins. He worked extensively as an illustrator for magazines, ad agencies and design companies, as well as with many animators. He has produced film posters, book jackets, record covers and all sorts of packaging, as well as creating characters and illustrating campaigns for many top retailers. He also wrote and drew a long-running cartoon strip for the Royal Mail. He began writing and illustrating his own books, and the second of these He has produced picture books for a wide range of publishers and his books have been published in many countries. Recent publishers include Bloomsbury, OUP, Ragged Bears, Harper Collins, Macmillans, and Campbell Books. This year four of his books will be published |
