Contributor Bio(s): McHeffey, Adam: - Adam McHeffey is a musician and children's educator from Long Island, NY. After working at the Herman Agency, he wrote and illustrated his first picture book, Asiago, which School Library Journal called "A funny and fresh introduction to one of the most vulnerable vampires ever depicted for a child audience." He also illustrates The Secret Knock Club series by Louise Bonnett-Rampersaud. He graduated with a B.A. from SUNY Purchase College and currently lives in Brooklyn, New York. |
