Publisher Description:

A new book in the Lily and Milo series which are about all occasions

Lily and Milo are going to eat outside. There's a table in the garden, but it still needs to be set. First, they take a tablecloth, cutlery, and plates. Then they pick fruit, bread, vegetables, a drink, and a dessert. They put everything in their little cart and go outside. But where has all the food gone when they set the table?

A cheerful story about choosing food and setting the table. For toddlers ages 24 months and up with a focus on the child's daily life.

At Clavis, our focus is on what's best for children. We believe that books play an important role in each new phase in life. Our toddler books are tailored for every stage from 0 to 3 and focus on the five most important themes in their life: daily life, skills, emotions, the world, and language development. The age range and theme of every book in our toddler series can be found on the back cover in the form of a colored train.

Contributor Bio(s): Oud, Pauline: - Pauline Oud, born in 1963 in Hilversum, The Netherlands, has been working as an illustrator for over 15 years now. After her graduation from art school in 1985 she worked as an artist and art teacher for a while before applying her knowledge to her first love; children's books. Before she starts working, she likes to start her days with an hour running to clear her head and think about her drawings. She likes to collect children's books, because they give her so much inspiration. When she is out of inspiration, she also likes to visit the Museum of medieval Art to stare at the books her colleagues have illustrated some 700 years ago. She currently lives in Utrecht (the Netherlands) with her husband and her two children Roos and Walt.
