He oversees the ISI Network which hosts equipping conferences for men around the nation. He also serves with the National Coalition of Ministries to Men and The Fatherhood Commission. Brian and his wife, Barb, have five children.

Dr. Brad Stewart is a men's ministry leader, disciple maker, author, and passionate serving man of God. He currently serves as President of Kingdom Warrior Ministries, is a retired US Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer and fellow Navigator. In addition, Brad serves as an advisory member on the Columbia Evangelical Seminary board or regents. Brad is the author of Kingdom Warriors in a Kingless Realm. He and his wife reside in Sedro-Woolley, WA.

Ron Fraser, MBA, M.Div, Ph.D. President and CEO of PointMan Ministries; Licensed Minister, Pastoral Counselor, Leadership Coach and Ministry consultant.

He devotes much of his time to helping local and national pastors and church leaders Win With Their Men, through Biblically based teaching and training seminars using the PointMan Ministries curriculum he is helping to develop, and as well as the Iron Sharpens Iron curriculum and resources.

Tom Cheshire serves as Founder and Executive Director of Relevant Practical Ministry for Men, which exists to be a resource to the local church specifically in the area of men s discipleship. He also is a charter member of the national ministry, Iron Sharpens Iron, and hosts four national equipping conferences in the Midwest. He serves as an elder in his local church with overseeing discipleship as well as other areas of responsibility. Tom is married to Jan and they have two adult daughters.
