Contributor Bio(s): Frazier, Peter: - Author After serving a hitch in the army, years in industrial sales, then stocks and bonds, I found my career niche in public education, Medina City Schools, OH. After the loss of my dear partner in life, Joan, I spent the next decade exploring the West, sharing time with family, and a friend. But Rhode Island called, clearly, so here I am continuing to take my nature photos, hiking, writing children's stories, and traveling coast to coast visiting "my five," thirteen grandchildren, three greats. Life is smiles... few days without.Desai, Makarand: - Since I was a child, drawing was my passion. Storybooks, comic books, and watching cartoons always inspired me to draw. I would read whatever comic books I could get my hands on, and be fascinated by the colorful illustrations. I used to get so involved in those stories that I wanted to live in that (imaginary) world but never dreamed about choosing art as my profession. And then, I spontaneously made the decision to join an art school and got admitted for commercial art. I want to continue working in this field and do what I love to do. |
