Publisher Description:
And like the external reality, which we have no true control over of the events and ways of its nature, of the natural forces of the elements, and of the ways of society upon us of the prevailing negative forces of man to discuss, that we can learn how to live with, and to deal with, to avoid the dangers of and to take shelter from, and to not succumb to, of any of its destructive nature in tragedy, the inner world The Mind and of our thought process is also like that, and concerning our ability to the sense of mastery over it of being able to be achieved in accomplishment through the conscious intellect activity of discerning, in dealing with it, like the forces of nature and of society which we have no control over but which we can deal with effectively, with proper training or by personal intuition arrived at, in meaningful ways of benefit to us or at least to the extent of being able to handle. And with each of our own survival in issue at stake, to be able to handle it we must, to the mastery over it in the managing sense of the word mastery, which is by no means emphatic, as the forces of The Mind over us, as with The Forces of The Exterior World, have their ways of controlling influence over us, and to the extent of the condition which we each inevitably face, called The Reality Life and The Mind and their combined ways upon us, bleakly discussed, or otherwise to be happy and content with, which we have no control over other than by attitude about them and to the strict practice as a discerning discipline of life in philosophy to selectively engage the choices we make in life, of choosing to live correctly, and by choosing the correct paths to follow, to lead our minds and the thought processes we are forced by nature to deal with, out of danger and away from danger and into a more peaceful setting of surroundings. Which is the goal herein to attain. And which does not attain easily, and which require upon us each one the concept Of Work. A peaceful mind, and the ability to achieve it, is something which we must consciously and selectively Work At on a steady basis and to never let down with The Idea Of Conscious and Continual Effort of Work in habit to accomplish, to which there is no alternative inevitably. To what useful and necessary work then, becomes a way of life in mastery. And even to the extent, as insightful as the various schools of thought properly studied may prove to be, they are by nature a very complicated and esoteric domain of sophisticated research and study, and that do not prove useful and nor to really provide any common plan or practical guide to the behalf of everyday humanity, of the ways of thought to be conducted, that they need to understand, appreciate, and comprehend, who need such information to get along, to whom that the knowledge of how the mind works and how to control it, is needed to be able to negotiate The World, in a primary setting dealing with the individual to be at peace within themselves, and then in the ability to relate to the rest of humanity on a realistic and mature level of thinking, to the conduct of each person's public affairs, To Be AT Peace.
