Publisher Description: Two giant sycamores keep watch over a little wooden bungalow house. From their vantage point, the billboard signs on the street are within plain view, and lately it's all about the cactus and how "cool" it is. One of the sycamores decides he wants to be just like the cactus. So, he gets on the computer, and orders the finest cactus spines from Mexico. He also orders cowboy boots but finds it is quite a challenge to get his stringy roots into that pointy toe When he begins to feel sick, the sycamore tree eventually discovers that he is perfect, just the way he is. |
