| Publisher Description: SooA is an addressing approach for autonomous networking systems. It is a distributed and stateful addressing protocol, which operates under the concepts of pool of addresses, creating two types of hierarchies among the nodes: the relationship between server and clients; and the relationship between two or more servers.
