Publisher Description: "Ms. Ford knows how to turn up the heat." Bette Ford writes the kind of passionate, emotionally-charged romance novels that readers come back to again and again. In Can't Stop Loving You, she once again explores the risks we take for love and how far we're willing to go for a chance at happiness. Can't Stop Loving You is the unforgettable story of a young, confident Detroit social worker who keeps her wary heart tightly closed, until she meets a remarkable man while vacationing in the Virgin Islands--a talented artist who tempts her to shed her armor and truly commit to love for the very first time. Bette Ford is one of the elite storytellers in African-American romance fiction, along with acclaimed authors like Brenda Jackson, Beverly Jenkins, and Donna Hill. With Can't Stop Loving You, she proves once more that she belongs there at the top. |
