He won the 1968 National Book Award for poetry for his book The Light Around the Body. He lives in Minneapolis, MN.Hamsun, Knut: - Knut Hamsun (1859-1952) was a Norwegian novelist, poet, and playwright. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1920. He is the author of books including Hunger and Mysteries.Auster, Paul: - Paul Auster is the bestselling author of Winter Journal, Sunset Park, Invisible, The Book of Illusions, and The New York Trilogy, among many other works.
