Contributor Bio(s): Pratt, Jenna: - Jenna is a working Heart Mom with a passion for CHD awareness and advocacy following the birth of her son who is diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS). She has a BA in Literature from North Georgia University. When she gets a few minutes to herself she enjoys reading, photography, and quilting. Jenna and her husband live in Durham, North Carolina with a rambunctious 2 year old daughter, their Heart Warrior son, and the family dog who thinks she runs the place.
