To be effective, teachers must have as many tools as possible in their tool chest. If teachers have these tools available, the result is the creation of lessons that will fit the circumstances at hand.

The teacher will provide an environment that will be custom fit for a particular class, group of students or event. The teacher and students will have a well tailored lesson plan for that particular situation. Therefore; within that particular context and learning environment, the teacher will be able to address the needs of the students and foster efficient on task learning for the group intended. The result of this awareness of the various learning tools and knowledge will result in "working smarter, not harder."
