Contributor Bio(s): Figler, Jeff: - Author, newspaper columnist, collector, and former chairman of the board of the Poway Chamber of Commerce, Jeff Figler has been a resident of Poway for nearly 20 years. A trustee of the State of California Historical Society and a member of several local and national boards, Figler also writes a column Collecting with Jeff, which is read across the United States.
