Contributor Bio(s): Arcata Union: - The Arcata Union newspaper was founded in 1886 and documented the town's doings until 1995. It was succeeded by the Arcata Eye newspaper in 1996. The two newspapers share many of the same personnel and traditions, fearlessly reporting the most interesting city behind Humboldt County's legendary "Redwood Curtain." |
