They oversee the RTF Healing House Network of highly proficient ministers. In 2004, they established the RTF International Training Center to accelerate the release of healing ministers.Kylstra, Betsy: - Chester and Betsy Kylstra are both ordained ministers with Christian International Ministries. They serve on Bishop Bill Hamon's Board of Governors and on C. Peter Wagner's Apostolic Roundtable of Deliverance Ministries. They founded Proclaiming His Word Ministries, Inc., in 1992.
