She is the coauthor of Faith Rules: An Episcopal Manual.Sidebotham, Jay: - The Rev. Jay Sid ebotham is executive director of RenewalWorks in Wilmington, North Carolina. This came of his work as rector of Church of the Holy Spirit in Lake Forest, Illinois, where he led the congregation through an intensive and sustained period of spiritual growth and renewal. He served earlier at St. Bartholomew's, New York City; St. Columba's, Washington, DC; St. Luke's, Durham, North Carolina; and St. Martin's, Providence, Rhode Island. He is well known for his cartoons about church life and his animation work on the television cartoon Schoolhouse Rock! He lives in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina.Markham, Ian S.: - IAN S. MARKHAM is Dean and President of Virginia Theological Seminary, Alexandria, Virginia, and author of more than a dozen books.
