Publisher Description:
Young Pinkin Rasbury is bundles off by her actress mother Rhoana to stay with her Grandmother Ruthy at the ancient Rasbury House in Garvee, California, while Rhoana is performing in a play in the city. As soon as she arrives, she meets two tennis players that apparently only she can see. Years earlier, Pinkin's father and previously Pinkin's grandfather had been washed away by a tidal wave that broke over the cliffs of the family property; neither was ever found. And while Pinkin stays with Ruthy, strange things begin to happen, and Pinkin is caught up in a mystery of the past that involves ghosts, a time warp and a monster.
