Contributor Bio(s): Robert, Roebuck: - My name is Robert Roebuck. I am now the Patient Representative at Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Center at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center, in Knoxville, Tennessee. I started in 1988 as a rehab technician. In 1990, I started teaching transfer training and customer service. In 2004, I was diagnosed with Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. My career took a turn for health reasons, and I became the Patient Representative. In the past five years, I have added motivational speaking to my career goals. I have spoken to large groups of 400+ people from university students, to nurses, and to family support groups. I also do individual mentoring on a regular basis on my job. I would like to grow the motivational speaking aspect of my career primarily for medical personnel to improve their stress management, to encourage them to be happy, provide improved customer service, and generally to help people in life and relationship. I was married for nineteen years and have been divorced for five years. My ex-wife and I (We are good friends.), Karen, have two wonderful daughters together, we raised our nephew, and have three grandchildren. At this stage in my life, I am happy, content and enjoy every minute of every day. I know something about physical healing and have learned by experience the value and purpose of spiritual healing by correlating my encounters with the recovery of patients, and I have concluded that anyone can recover spiritually from anything!Jarvis, Ross: - JJ Planter Books in Charlotte, North Carolina, is primarily an editing service that also provides true self-publishing assistance and complementary consulting to guide aspiring authors through the writing process. After a mere two years of business, JJ Planter Books now offers typographical interior/exterior book designs that rival traditional publishers. We create Story Illustration Covers that bring to life the thesis/theme of the book on the cover, which captures the attention of the reader. Our editing service through our Writing with Flair Guide adds a personal experience editing touch. We say that our products are not an assembly line, copy/paste templates, but handcrafted with precision. We now offer superb editing for most genre/styles of writing which include: Narration (Narratives begin with Memoirs); Exposition (Expository writing includes "How To," "Self-Help," and can mix with Argumentative and Description); Novels, Biographies, Autobiographies, Poetry/Prose, and Children Books. Each category can mix and mingle with other categories. Our favorite type of writing is NOVELS. JJ Planter Books provides high-quality service at below market prices that save aspiring authors and accomplished authors up to 60% compared to Vanity Publishers. The service begins with a complimentary assessment process to determine the category, style, and point of view of the manuscript followed by three forms of agreements to protect the client's project. The work then proceeds through an interfacing/interacting editing/revision process that provides chapter-by-chapter reviews between editor and author. We do not use the illegible markup method, and the turnaround review is within a week, every week. The payment plan is affordable, in three increments, and the agreement can cancel at any time. We also offer Ghost Writing and Re-Writing Services and accept manuscripts that have no chapter, subhead, or paragraph arrangement. Self-publishing means that the "Indie," independent authors, produces, publishes, and distributes their books by managing digital files and electronic processing. The difference with JJ Planter Books Editing & Self Publishing is we manage digital files and electronic processing for our authors and them full ownership and copyright of their books. Indie authors also receive 100% of the royalties from sales. Self-Publishing is becoming the most popular method of publishing rather than using Full-Service Publishers. True Self-Publishing is the way to go!
