Publisher Description:

REALty Feng Shui is a very practical guide about how to leverage real estate profits using the ancient Chinese design art of feng shui. From the color of the front door to meeting dynamics, REALty Feng Shui provides buyers and sellers of real estate and their agents with a way to improve the property, the process and profits simultaneously with greater win-win satisfaction. REALty Feng Shui de-mystifies feng shui, explains it in clear and modern terms and applies it in particular to the rapid turn-around of the real estate market. Though it may seem there are innumerable and inscrutable rules that constitute feng shui, the authors present a simple and straightforward method for using feng shui in a contemporary perspective and applying it easily to enhance the experience of buying and selling real estate.

Authors, Anita and Johndennis Govert, are experienced realty agents as well as long time masters of the art of feng shui. They discuss how feng shui works, and how feng shui sees both clients and the environment as webs of relationships rather than as disconnected pieces and persons. The authors introduce three different feng shui world views and provide a simple way to assess the underlying feng shui dynamics of any building by studying the history of its tenants. On the real estate transaction side, the authors present how to accelerate the sales process holistically. They discuss how to use feng shui to manage business meetings to happen at the right places and times. Also, the authors present how to stage homes for quicker sales and analyze how to move properties that are slow to sell by making simple feng shui changes. Finally, the authors present how realty investors and agents can incorporate feng shui awareness into long term business strategies to improve their continuing profits, process and results in the realty marketplace.
