He is Vice-chair of the Ministry of Defence Research Ethics Committee.Gastmans, Chris: - Chris Gastmans is a Professor of Medical Ethics and Director of the Centre for Biomedical Ethics and Law, Faculty of Medicine, KU Leuven, Belgium.
