Contributor Bio(s): Burton, L. Devere: - L. Devere Burton, PhD has been involved with agricultural education most of his life, first as a student, and then as a teacher and state program supervisor. He retired as Dean of Instruction at the College of Southern Idaho in 2006. He is a graduate of Utah State University and Brigham Young University and holds a Ph.D. from Iowa State University. He is active in a number of professional associations including the National FFA, ACTE Agricultural Educators of Idaho, and the Idaho Department of Commerce Technology Committee.
