The teen author hosts a weekly radio show on VoiceAmerica. She has shared the cooking stage with Chef John Besh, filmed with Chef Aaron Sanchez and Chef Carla Hall, and appeared on the Wendy Williams Show. Guests on her radio show include some of the top chefs in the nation. A 2013 recipient of Gambit's 40 Under 40 award, Eliana has a full plate of appearances and cooking demos along with teaching a Young Chefs Rock! culinary camp through the Louisiana Children's Museum in New Orleans. She lives at with her family in Harvey, Louisiana.Lisette, Soleil: - Soleil Lisette is Eliana's big sister.
