Unbeknown to them, the house is occupied by an abandoned nine year old African-American boy named Pax who has been a highly resourceful little boy since the death of his guardian grandparents. When Pax is discovered, Silky and Sly must decide to protect Pax's need to be independent or opt for safety for the child who has become their friend.
