Contributor Bio(s): Yamasaki, April: - April Yamasaki is a pastor and author of books on spiritual growth and Christian living. She has served as the pastor of Emmanuel Mennonite Church in Abbotsford, British Columbia. She has written several books, including Spark: Igniting Your God-Given Creativity, Sacred Pauses: Spiritual Practices for Personal Renewal, and Four Gifts: Seeking Self-Care for Heart, Soul, Mind, and Strength. A graduate of the University of British Columbia, she holds a master's degree in Christian Studies from Regent College in Vancouver.
