His courage and endurance helps him reach his goals to show everyone that he is able to make his dreams come true Let this little boy inspire you and keep your dreams alive The Little Red House on the Moon story is based on the inspiring true story of Mikael Genberg. A couple of years ago I met this Swedish entrepreneur, called Mikael Genberg, who dreams about placing a red house on the moon. Mikael's life story inspired me to such extend that I thought it would be good to use his story as a story line for my next children's book. The Moonhouse idea has travelled many miles through the hearts of the people. The Moonhouse is an art project that wish to symbolize what we can achieve as people, together. Sweden's first and only astronaut who have been in space, Christer Fuglesang, is the ambassador of The Moonhouse. The Moonhouse Expedition worked with Fuglesang to get the little paper red house in the space shuttle Discovery. That red house didn't make it to the moon yet, but it was as close as one can get. I can't wait to see the red house standing proud and tall, anchored sturdy on the grey soil of the moon This Swedish man has proven that dreams are worth to believe in. My goal is to convey this message to our special children with my story, The Little Red House on the Moon Cute book about believing in your dreams Gitte J rgensen, author of Pippi Power
