Dr. Banks has been a pastor and church planter for more than twenty-five years and lives with his wife, Cari, in Durham, North Carolina. They have two adult children. Carbaugh, Sam: - Sam Carbaugh is the author and illustrator of Comics: Investigate the History and Technology of American Cartooning and has illustrated 23 other books, including Robotics, George Washington, and Praying the Prayers of the Bible for Kids. He has created comics and illustrations for Dartmouth College, the State of New Hampshire, Cornerstone University, and many other clients. Sam works as a designer at Our Daily Bread Ministries and lives in West Michigan with his family.Kenney, Cindy: - Cindy Kenney is an award-winning writer, editor, and speaker.
