Dr. Chand has served as senior pastor, college president, chancellor, and president emeritus of Beulah Heights University, the country's largest predominantly African American Bible College. Dr. Chand speaks regularly at leadership conferences, churches, corporations, ministerial conferences, seminars, and other leadership development opportunities.
