At McKinsey, he was engaged in business strategy planning and execution support, design and implementation of new organizations, marketing, and new business launches for 14 years. In 2002, he co-founded Breakthrough Partners Co., Ltd., with the mission of creating a "global venture from Japan". Recently, he has been actively working on management reform of large companies.
