Contributor Bio(s): Grisham, Molly: - Recognized as a courageous and passionate communicator, my programs inspire and set people in motion. I am passionate about building teams, developing leaders, creating custom workshops, and utilizing personality assessments for personal growth. I am extremely dedicated to developing people. I bring the experience of 20 years in coaching at the collegiate, high school, and club levels, an entrepreneurial spirit of a successful business builder, communication skills of an author and storyteller, and 10+ years as an adjunct professor and curriculum builder to every client engagement. I've helped athletes reach and exceed personal goals, teams become more productive, leaders achieve new heights, and companies be more competitive in their markets through highly engaging programs, curriculum, and workshops.Matheny, Tami: - I am a mental game coach, owner of Refuse2LoseCoaching, LLC, and author of "The Confident Athlete: 4 Easy Steps to Build and Maintain Confidence." I believe that while it's important to work on the physical and technical aspects of sport, the mental side is just as important; mental skills are often the differentiating factor for the most successful athletes. I understand that talent can not always overcome a lack of confidence or mental toughness, but a high level of confidence and mental toughness can often overcome a lack of talent. I enjoy interacting and working hands-on with coaches, athletes, and teams to make a difference. I have been a student-athlete, coach of men and women, administrator at the DI and DII levels, and know the role the intangibles play in career success and longevity.Butterick, Betsy: - "As a Coach and Communication Specialist I work with individuals ready to improve and teams of all kinds - from the locker room to the boardroom. With a background in athletics and a talent for people-centric design, I offer an experiential approach towards learning and development. Whether through personalized coaching or custom-designed workshops and webinars, I utilize creative methodologies to focus on client priorities while developing long-term excellent behavior that is both self-correcting and self-generating. Simply put, I help individuals and teams do what they've yet to do, so they can be who they've yet to be. Communication is my specialty, people are my passion, and working collaboratively to create positive change is what I do best."
