Publisher Description:

Gale Cooper's Billy the Kid's Pretender John Miller exposes John Miller, a minor 20th century Billy the Kid imposter, who gained publicity by being exhumed for DNA fakery in the gigantic, publicity stunt, 21st century "Billy the Kid Case" hoax. Like all pretender hoaxes, John Miller's fakes that Sheriff Pat Garrett did not kill Billy the Kid on July 14, 1881; but murdered an innocent victim instead, leaving the pretender living to old age. For debunking, used are: the Coroner's Jury Report of Billy the Kid proving he was killed; history and writings of Billy the Kid to contrast John Miller's total ignorance of the character he was playing; critiques of John Miller's associates who claimed he was Billy the Kid; and expos of the "Billy the Kid Case's" fake DNA forensics using John Miller's illegally exhumed remains, as well as grave-robbing the adjoining random man, William Hudspeth. The big picture is of non-entity, John Miller, who got caught up in major profiteering corruption of New Mexico's modern version of the 19th century Santa Fe Ring. Ironically, real Billy Bonney and his compatriots had fought that Ring in the Lincoln County War. And now its modern version tried to hijack his history.
