The information in this FC applies to the design of all new construction projects, to include additions, alterations, and renovation projects in the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS). It also applies to the procurement of design/build services for the above-noted types of projects. Alteration and renovation projects should update existing facilities to meet the guidance and criteria within budgetary constraints. Includes a list of applicable NIST, UFC, and MIL-HDBK cybersecurity publications for consideration. Why buy a book you can download for free? First you gotta find a good clean (legible) copy and make sure it's the latest version (not always easy). Some documents found on the web are missing some pages or the image quality is so poor, they are difficult to read.
