There is significant doubt that JS Bliokh independently produced a series of huge voluminous scientific works. So, in the memoirs of the first Prime Minister of Russia Sergei Witte says, not without reason, that the plan was only Bliokh book and wrote her a team of specialists at his request. In a biographical article on Bliokh it says that in writing his book about the war officers involved all the major European armies, including the Russian General Staff officers. |
