Publisher Description:

The book explains in simple terms scientific ways of deciding what to buy and sell, when to place buy and sell orders, at what price to buy and sell, what profit to aim at and how to avoid or minimise risk.

Part-I of the book explains 17 techniques, tricks and tactics which do not involve any technical indicator and only price action guides the trade decisions.

Part-II explains a few of the most important technical tools and indicators in simple terms so that even a beginner can start applying these newly learnt techniques to virtual trading profitably. A chapter is exclusively devoted to guide how to scientifically select stocks to buy and short-sell. Another chapter deals with ADX which tells the trader whether the current rising trend of a stock is strong enough to buy and the falling trend of a stock is strong enough to short. A chapter on Average True Range Indicator guides traders how to fix stop loss in such a way that maximum profit with minimum risk of stop loss trigger is ensured. A chapter on Support and Resistance explains why a stock often hesitates to rise above a particular level and fall below a particular level. The chapter explains how to use these concepts of support, resistance and pivot points in their day-to-day trades profitably.

Part-III explains a few major technical tools and indicators like Simple Moving Averages, Exponential Moving Averages and Moving Average Convergence and Divergence. These are the indicators which promptly indicate by way of their crossovers when to buy and sell and when to book profit. There are separate chapters on Relative Strength Index, Stochastics and Bollinger Bands which promptly indicate the overbought and oversold conditions of a particular stock beyond which traders are not supposed to buy and short-sell.
