| Publisher Description: This book, "To Him Whom We Adore," first of all, was written as a way to pay homage to Almighty God for granting me salvation and mercy and especially during moments where my behavior warranted punishment. Yet, as we all know, God is most merciful and most forgiving. Secondly, as the old cliché goes; "God blesses little babies and old people and the damn fools." For the most part, I'll go on record and say that I was that damn fool. At any rate, this book was also written as a supplement to my morning and nightly prayers - where in the quietness of night I sought God's forgiveness for the intentional and unintentional acts that I perpetrated against good people. Moreover, this is applicable for those who are not believers - merely because God has not appeared in the physical, God is real. For example, we can hear Him communicating in the still of the night directing us to move confidently or chastising us for poor choices. Furthermore, when we look in the eyes of other people we can see God, and it goes without saying, when other people speak to us, in fact, we can hear God. That said, now you should better understand why this book is my way of giving praise to God, for all that has been done and continues to manifest in my life. So, get on the good foot, put your ego in check, drop down and give up the praise that God deserves. |
