Look, my parents never taught me any moral or values and I continued the same "family tradition" with my own kids. And the result? I was a true California liberal with a "if it feels good, do it." attitude. This mindset led me and my kids through years of addiction, struggle, heartache and jail. In fact, it's only been in the last few years that we have learned the values that I teach in these books.
