Publisher Description:
T.H. Johnson, the investigative journalist from OMIG now analyzes in his third book, which is an investigative offering concerning this fascinating case of the 1994-95 OJ Simpson case. Now he takes a closer look of examining the single piece of evidence that initially opened the door to charge O.J. Simpson. He describes from his research the conspiratorial infighting and chicanery that occurred within the prosecution's camp to hold on to a bad case, and the investigation that was squashed by powerful forces within the police department. The author challenges the lack of due diligence on the part of the only equalizer a free nation has, the press, accusing them of absorbing the hearsay without a challenge. He also evaluates other criminal candidates that were better choices than Simpson, and were never detained but have files sealed by the court that relate to this infamous case. Other files too are sealed just as evidence related to Simpson's innocence remains sealed by sworn officers of the court acting under the color of authority. This case appears to have been planned and designed by clandestine individuals intent on fomenting the racial animus necessary to regain psychological control of the southern California economic basin near Los Angeles. Things went awry after the brutalization of Rodney King the unarmed and subdued driver after a traffic stop. Certainly after the acquittal of the police officers who administered that inexplicable beating the rebellious community across all demographics began to focus on the alleged corrupt activities of the police department.
