Use Dingbatz to add flair to whatever you're working on-they provide a wonderful complement to any hand lettering, scrapbook and art journaling project.

Small enough to provide a sense of instant gratification when you make them, these "Zenbellishments" require few materials, making them accessible to all skill levels from beginner to advanced.

This book will introduce you to how Dingbatz are constructed, and how to build from that basic structure to create designs uniquely your own.

Zentangle Dingbatz includes a variety of projects that will allow you to practice using Dingbatz not only as stand-alone designs, but also as accents and enhancements to other art projects.

Contributor Bio(s): Crimmins, Brian: -

Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT), coach and speaker Brian Crimmins has taught the Zentangle(R) Method in art museums, tea houses, and in private homes. He has also exhibited and sold his own Zentangle-inspired art in galleries and at community art shows. Inspired by a concept called "Dingbatz" introduced by Zentangle founders Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas in 2017, Brian started creating his own inspired Dingbatz designs, and quickly began teaching them in classes and to other CZTs at conferences. He loves to demonstrate the unique anatomy of Dingbatz with Zentangle, and he challenges his students to make their own.
