He has been an elected member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists Faculty of Intellectual Disability.Kerr, Mike: - Mike Kerr is Professor Emeritus in Learning Disability Psychiatry at Cardiff University and an honorary professor at the School of Medicine, Swansea University. He is ambassador for epilepsy at the International League Against Epilepsy and chair of their task force on psychiatry.
