| Publisher Description: The march toward modernisation has not only overhauled the traditional care system for the aged, it has equally introduced new elements which tend to marginalise the fast-growing ageing population. Both the Christian Churches and subsequent governments (federal, state and local) have offered some solutions but unfortunately only very few aged benefit from them.
